Solid Addition to My Body Solid Bench but the center piece where you rest the bar does not work with all curling bars. You will need a curling bar that is VERY flat (say a good 8 inches at least) in the center of the bar of which not all curling bars are. Otherwise the bar and weights are not stable and will rock. The product overall is solid but beware of the one draw back as mentioned.

This preacher curl attachment fits my Body Solid GDIB46L bench well. The foam pad is comfortable and durable, and the steel construction is solid. The only area of improvement would be for Body Solid to make the barbell rest a little narrower. At its current width (8"), I have to readjust my grip when picking up and putting down the barbell to keep my wrists from hitting the barbell rest. If you grip a barbell wide, you shouldn't have any problem. Those who have a more narrow grip (forearms in line with your biceps and shoulder), you may experience the same issue I have.
