I have a limited workout space and use a smaller, non-Olympic bar. Since I can place these where I need them, I can use them with my bench as as well as for squats. They are well made and easy to assemble. All the parts and tools are included although a ratchet wrench made things much faster. I would highly recommend these to anyone but especially to those with limited space

By Swedgeman
Good value stands for bench pressing. I have two sets of stands one fixed width, which i use for squating and these stands which i use for benching. If i go above 200lb i place a 50lb dumbbell over the legs to give extra stability. It`s not a problem as they are very stable but just to make sure they do not topple over i place a dumbell on each on the base legs. Very versatile product at a good price.

By Paul J. Gonzalez
I like this alot! I Turned my garage into a work studio and this portable squat stand is great to push aside when I need to get to work. If you are concerned with space, this is one to get. When you have a bench with attached stands, you really can't move it anywhere and it always takes space. I like to work out and put it asside when im done. I use the portable work bench for people to sit on. I like it alot but I think it is a bit pricey. With shipping, tax and all that jazz, it was about $200.00. I paid for it because I cancelled my gym and wanted to get back to working out and it works for me.
